Frameworks

What’s in scope?

We cover six major framework providers, along with associated call-off contracts. This gives you visibility into both the overarching agreements and the individual contracts awarded under them.

These include:

  • Crown Commercial Service (CCS)
  • Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO)
  • Fusion21
  • North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)
  • NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOECPC)
  • Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO)

How frequently is the data updated?
Framework data is updated quarterly, in line with new publications and contract activity from the providers we monitor. This ensures the information remains relevant and reflects the latest procurement developments across key frameworks.

Where is the data pulled from?
We source data directly from framework providers and public sector websites, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Some providers offer structured data feeds via APIs, while others supply downloadable files. Where automated access isn’t available, we may manually extract information from provider websites to support specific client needs.

How this data can benefit you?

Framework data helps you see which suppliers are on which frameworks, what lots they hold, and how contracts are being awarded.

For suppliers: Understand where your business (and competitors) is positioned across frameworks, identify opportunities for subcontracting or joint bids to refine your bid strategy.
For buyers: Get clear visibility of supplier coverage across frameworks, track call-off activity, and identify the most active (or underutilised) frameworks. This helps ensure your procurement strategies align with supplier capacity, policy goals, and value for money.

By using framework data, you can make more informed decisions, whether you’re looking to compete effectively as a supplier or plan strategically as a buyer.

This feature helps clients understand supplier positioning within frameworks and track contract awards, supporting strategic planning and competitive analysis.
