Where is the data pulled from?
All data is sourced directly from official procurement portals, including:
- Find a Tender
- Public Contracts Scotland
- Contracts Finder
- Contract Register
- Sell2Wales
What’s new under the Procurement Act 2023?
Pipeline notices are now a legal requirement for contracting authorities expecting to spend over £100 million in a financial year. These notices must list all planned procurements over £2 million, covering an 18-month forward-looking period. This change is designed to improve transparency and give suppliers—especially SMEs—more time to prepare and engage.
What can you do with it?
- Track updates and amendments to notices via the original portals
- Link awarded contracts to relevant frameworks
- Monitor procurement activity across thousands of buyers
- Get early visibility into high-value opportunities before tenders are published
How this data can benefit you?
The Notices area provides real-time visibility of public sector activity, covering pipeline notices, live tenders, and awarded contracts.
For suppliers: See upcoming and live opportunities, track which contracts are expiring, understand who is winning work and pricing, gain insight into competitor activity, and identify live tenders to bid on.
For buyers: Access your own procurement information, review existing contracts from peer authorities to benchmark pricing, identify suppliers for specific services to invite to your bids, and see what other authorities are publishing.
